Due to the difference in elevation, our facility uses submersible pumps for wastewater
discharge. These pumps are highly important and costly equipment, ensuring the smooth
operation of our system.
Recently, it has been observed that wet wipes, cloths, plastic bags, napkins, and similar
items have been thrown into the drains. Such materials can get stuck in the mechanism of
the submersible pumps, causing breakdowns, water overflow, and unpleasant odors. In
case of a malfunction, significant repair costs arise, and all residents are negatively
affected.
Therefore, we kindly request that you do not dispose of anything other than liquids into
the drains and ensure that such waste is placed in the garbage bins.

order, and long lifespan of our equipment.

assembly nor has it been recorded in the decisions book, and therefore currently does not have any
legal validity.
If necessary, this issue can be officially discussed and approved at the next general assembly
meeting. Once a decision has been made, the next step will be to coordinate with the management
regarding the color of the frames, the glass, and the type of constructions to ensure that all balconies
are glazed in a uniform style, which is important for maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the
entire building.

Regarding the payment of the aidat in Turkish lira.
Since the aidat for the complex was set in EUR by the decision of the owners, but the payment is made in Lira and Dollar, the management company credits your aidat to the euro account on the same day. However, there may be exchange rate losses based on the internal currency exchange rates of TÜRKİYE HALK BANKASI, where our building's accounts are held.
When paying in Lira and Dollar, please request the exchange rate to ensure that the converted amount in euros matches the established aidat However, please note that the exchange rate may change throughout the day. Therefore, we recommend sending an additional amount when making the payment. Any extra payments will remain in your account.
